Our Mission
Madeba Care’s purpose is to provide a sensitive nurturing service to individuals with a learning disability and/or complex needs. We positively aim to provide care and support to all those living within our Residential Care Home or Supported Living Houses and to our Domiciliary Care Service Clients.
We provide a person-centered approach to the delivery of care and support ensuring as far as possible, that a person’s physical, psychological, spiritual, cultural, and social well-being is maintained and respected at all times.
This will be achieved by regular assessment of the individual needs, wants and desires and the development, implementation and regular evaluation of a person-centred approach, based on each person’s individual capabilities and requirements to enhance their skills, meet their outcomes and safeguard their welfare.
