The induction week for new employees lasts for a period of 4 – 6 weeks. Employees are paid in full for the hours during the induction. During this process, new employees are given training that gets them ready for their role.
If employees are interested in further training and development, our homes will support staff in gaining their next NVQ qualifications.
At the end of each month, the best employee is rewarded with a cash price from the management. This is a rewarding process to encourage hard work and dedication.
