Miles House is a purpose-built residential care home designed around the needs of the people we support and finished to a high standard.

Miles House is a five-bed Residential Home for adults with profound and multiple disabilities and associated learning disabilities located in the heart of Redditch. Facilities at Miles House include individual private bedrooms with profiling beds and hoisting facilities, the bathroom is fitted with an accessible parker spar bath, there is an activity room that includes sensory lights, music, games, and arts & crafts. Laundry service is provided. All the meals at Miles House are freshly cooked by the staff on duty from the menu that is devised and chosen by the Service Users. All dietary requirements are catered for including PEG feed. Miles House has a large garden with seated areas and plenty of greenery making it a pleasant outdoor space.

Miles House staff team is highly trained to provide person-centered care & support in compliance with the individual care plans while demonstrating dignity and respect. Staff empowers the Service Users to partake in activities to promote their independence and encourage positive outcomes while maintaining healthy wellbeing. Miles House is staffed 24/7 with two staff on sleep-in duties to provide emergency night support that may be required.
